Warm welcome to us at the preschool Barnens MontessoriAkademi Torstenssonsgatan. The preschool is located in a beautiful turn-of-the-century building on Östermalm with proximity to Djurgården's greenery, parks and museums. We put the children at the center and our diverse activities create opportunities for each child to develop and find their interests. Our activities are based on Montessori pedagogy and Lpfö18. The preschool has 40 children in two groups, Månen 1-3 years and Solen 3-6 years. Qualifications We are looking for you who... -are a trained childcare worker with education in Montessori pedagogy or are a certified Montessori pedagogue. We place great value on education in Montessori pedagogy and many years of experience working in a Montessori preschool. -are goal-oriented and enjoy developmental work -want to work with our oldest children in preschool -are responsible and have experience leading colleagues in Montessori pedagogy -actively contribute with joy and commitment to the preschool's pedagogical work. Your focus is on the children's best interests -are passionate about children's development and learning -are confident in yourself and appreciate a calm work environment -have good collaboration skills and create good relationships with children, colleagues and guardians -have extensive experience conducting developmental conversations and systematic quality work -have an eye for "order" and that little extra. We value a beautiful and well-maintained indoor environment -enjoy being outdoors and conducting education outdoors -have good computer skills and digital competence -communicate very well in speech and writing in Swedish.
