Assemblers wanted for an established company in Värnamo municipality Are you a detail-oriented person with a talent for precision work and good manual dexterity? We are seeking assemblers for an established company in Värnamo municipality that is currently expanding. We are now looking for engaged and organized assemblers who want to become part of their successful team. About the role: As an assembler, you will work with assembly of components according to drawings and instructions. The work is varied but includes repetitive work tasks, which places high demands on your attention to detail and structural focus. You will be part of a production team where everyone shares responsibility for ensuring that end products meet the highest quality standards. Your main responsibilities: Assembly of components and parts according to instructions. Ongoing quality control of your own work. Collaboration with colleagues to achieve set production goals. Contribute to a good and safe working environment at the station. We are looking for you if you: Are detail-oriented, quality-conscious, and have good manual dexterity. Enjoy repetitive work tasks and can maintain focus over time. Have a high work pace and a positive attitude toward challenges. Have good teamwork skills but can also work independently with responsibility. Speak and write Swedish fluently in order to understand safety and work instructions. It is highly advantageous if you have previous experience from industry, assembly, or warehouse work. Working hours are scheduled for daytime/two-shift work. The idea with this assignment is that it starts as a temporary placement via J1 Staffing, and then transitions into permanent employment with the client company.
