Performing manufacturing work on production lines according to customer needs, ensuring fulfillment of customer requirements while adhering to quality, quantitative, and other engineering standards. Executing tasks in accordance with engineering standards at the assigned position in manufacturing/on production lines per work instructions. Inspecting own work. Responsibility for assigned materials and equipment. Workplace cleaning. Reporting identified defects to the supervisor. Following instructions from the respective production line supervisor or shift supervisor/manager. Responsibility for compliance with internal regulations, employer directives, and BOZP, PO, and SER principles, 5S. Performing additional tasks within the scope of the given position as directed by superiors. Gross monthly salary includes base salary of 25000 Kč + expected performance bonus of 3000 Kč.
