Manual assembly of cable harnesses and electromechanical assemblies, boxes, contact crimping, soldering, tinning, assembly of cable component parts (all production operations and work-related activities are recorded on a tablet), workplace and materials preparation, tool handling, manual dexterity (manual test during the first round of the selection process), attention to detail, precision, responsibility for quality, interest in the work and willingness to learn (training opportunity available), experience from similar work, working hours Monday through Friday 6:00–14:30, free lunches in the company cafeteria (meals 129,50 Kč and coffee at the workplace), great and reliable team, opportunities for training and career advancement, individual consultations with a psychologist, clean working environment, modern facilities, 5 days of vacation beyond the statutory leave entitlement, performance bonuses, monthly bonuses based on qualification level
