Performance of work on manufacturing equipment according to customer needs, leading to the fulfillment of customer requirements while adhering to quality, quantitative, and other engineering standards. Executes activities according to engineering standards for the given position in production/on the production line in accordance with work instructions (SOP - standard operating procedure, EWI - electrical work instruction, SWR - special work request, etc.). Follows the directives of the respective line manager or supervisor/shift manager. Collaboration with other production departments. Maintenance of related documentation. Responsibility for compliance with internal company regulations and guidelines and OSHA, fire safety, and 5S principles. Additional tasks within the scope of the given work position as directed by supervisors. The stated gross monthly salary includes basic gross salary + expected performance bonus of 3,000 Kč.
