Job Responsibilities: - Assembly and packaging of small medical components in clean rooms - Material preparation and handling - Independent operation of technical equipment, production machinery, assembly tools, and testing equipment - Assembly of prototypes and pilot runs for new product launches - Component inspection and performance of basic functional tests General Tasks: - Initiation and active participation in synchronization process improvements - Active participation in innovation initiatives - Strict compliance with quality, workplace safety, and environmental protection regulations and adherence to instructions from quality/environmental management representatives and workplace safety specialists Initial contact via phone or email.
