Molnet Personlig assistans is a personal assistance provider for individuals eligible for personal assistance under the LSS Act (Act on Support and Services for Persons with Certain Disabilities). Our operations are characterized by flexible solutions with high quality, accessibility, and strong commitment to both customers and assistants. We are now seeking engaged and reliable hourly temporary staff for one of our customers receiving personal assistance. As a personal assistant, you will work in the customer's home and immediate surroundings, providing daily support. Work tasks may vary depending on the customer's needs but often involve assisting with personal care, communication, mobility, activities, and household chores. You will work closely with the customer and be an important part of their life and independence. You should be a person who is attentive, positive, empathetic, confident, and calm, with strong commitment to the profession of personal assistant. Being flexible and available is seen as very positive. It is important that you understand the importance of being professional in your role. You should also be responsible, able to work independently, and solve tasks on your own in consultation with the customer.
