We see an increased need for expertise in logistics, freight forwarding and customs handling among several of our clients in Östergötland. That's why we're looking for someone interested in new opportunities in this field and who wants to work in an industrial or technology-intensive operation. The assignments can vary depending on the client and operation, but what they have in common is that you will work in a central role where you contribute to efficient and quality-assured delivery and transport flows. Examples of work tasks Depending on your background and which assignment becomes relevant, you can among other things work with: Administration and coordination of import and export flows Customs handling and customs declarations Contact with suppliers, transporters, freight forwarders and Tullverket Transport bookings, delivery monitoring and follow-up Handling and control of freight invoices Complaints and deviation handling Transport procurement and supplier dialogue Documentation and quality assurance of trade and transport documents Development and improvement of processes within logistics, customs and freight forwarding Collaboration with internal functions such as procurement, production, finance and project organization We are looking for you who Has experience in one or more of the following areas: Logistics or transport administration Freight forwarding Import and export Customs handling Delivery monitoring Transport procurement Supply chain Freight and complaint handling Experience with business systems, for example SAP, as well as good knowledge of Microsoft Office are merits. We would like to see that you are structured, thorough and communicative, and enjoy working in a role with many contact points. Since several of our clients operate internationally, good knowledge of Swedish and English is often a requirement. About the opportunities We work with several established companies in, among others, industry, technology and defense in Östergötland. There may be opportunities for both junior and more experienced profiles, depending on the client's needs and the focus of the assignment.
