Ukrainian Native Language Teacher - In-Person and Remote Teaching

Do you want to contribute to students' language development and learning? At Linguista, we're now seeking a native Ukrainian language teacher for in-person and remote teaching at primary and/or secondary school level. About the role As a native language teacher with us, you will plan, deliver, and follow up on teaching based on the curriculum and students' individual needs. You will encourage students' curiosity and support them in their learning and development. In this role, you will: - plan, deliver, and evaluate instruction - monitor students' progress and adapt teaching to their needs - work on language development using a formative approach - create motivation and engagement in the classroom - contribute to pedagogical development and your own professional growth Who are we looking for? We're seeking someone with excellent proficiency in Ukrainian and a genuine interest in students' learning. Since teaching takes place through both in-person and remote instruction, you need to be comfortable with digital tools and able to create structure and presence in the virtual classroom. We'd like you to have: - teacher education or other relevant academic qualifications - teaching experience - strong digital competence, for example with Google Workspace or similar - good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written It's a plus if you have teacher certification and subject authorization, as well as experience with remote teaching. Other information We apply collective agreements between Almega Utbildningsföretagen/Tjänsteförbunden and Unionen/SI. Before any employment, you must provide a valid extract from the criminal record register. Scope: Part-time Location: Hybrid. The position requires you to be resident in Sweden.
