Eccera is now seeking an experienced Modern Workplace Technician who wants to develop, manage, and improve modern digital workplaces. We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest, who enjoys problem-solving and wants to contribute their expertise in an exciting assignment with one of our customers in Göteborg. Your responsibilities As a Modern Workplace Technician at Eccera, you work on creating, developing, and maintaining modern and user-friendly IT environments. You help ensure that employees have a secure, stable, and efficient digital workplace, while working to improve and further develop existing solutions. Depending on the assignment and customer, your responsibilities may include: Configuration, administration, and management of client environments and digital workplaces Management of Microsoft 365, including for example Teams, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Administration and management of devices with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID Troubleshooting and problem-solving related to clients, applications, and user environments Work with client management, automation, security, and further development of workplace solutions Collaboration with other technical teams to ensure a stable and secure IT environment Your profile We are looking for an engaged and solution-oriented Modern Workplace Technician with a structured approach to work. You thrive with taking responsibility, working independently, and finding solutions to technical challenges. You have a user-focused approach, appreciate collaboration, and want to continue developing within the Modern Workplace field. Requirements At least 3 years of experience working within Modern Workplace, client management, or a similar IT role Experience administering and managing modern client environments Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Experience with client management and troubleshooting in Windows environments Ability to work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written Meritorious Experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID Knowledge of Windows Autopilot and modern client management Experience with PowerShell and automation Knowledge of IT security, identity, and access management Experience with migration, implementation, or further development of Microsoft 365 environments Relevant certifications within Microsoft 365, Intune, or Modern Workplace What we offer At Eccera, you get the tools you need to reach your goals.
