Permanent position. Job Responsibilities: - Manufacturing model equipment: Creating models from various materials (wood, metals, plastics, epoxy resins, or polystyrene) - Technological preparation: Calculating and applying machining allowances and metal shrinkage factors (the model must be a certain percentage larger than the final casting) - Working with documentation: Reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings and 3D CAD models - Repairs and maintenance: Repairing worn or damaged models and modifying them when product design changes - Model preparation (polystyrene) We Offer: - Independent work position - Support from a stable company - Competitive compensation - Start date by agreement, preferably immediately We Require: - Technical documentation reading: Ability to work with detailed drawings and technical standards - Material knowledge: Understanding properties of wood, plastics, resins, and metals used in model equipment manufacturing - Machining: Operation of classical machines (lathe, milling machine, grinder) - Foundry technology: Understanding of molding processes, knowledge of metal shrinkage during cooling, and designing tapers for easy model removal from molds - Vocational certificate: Typically in the field of Model Making (Carpentry, Metal Machining, or Tool Making) Employee Benefits: company cafeteria, performance bonus.
