Would you like to work with transport refrigeration in a role where you combine technical work with freedom, variety, and close customer contact? Thermo King is now seeking a refrigeration technician who wants to join our team and work close to our customers in the field.
In this role, you will operate from your own fully equipped service vehicle and work with service, troubleshooting, and repair of refrigeration units on transport vehicles, heavy trucks, and trailers. You'll have an independent day-to-day where you plan and carry out your assignments and help our customers keep their vehicles and cooling systems running.
Customer contact is a natural and important part of the role. You'll meet different customers throughout your day, provide feedback on completed work, and contribute with both technical expertise and professional service. This role suits you if you appreciate the freedom of working in the field while also having colleagues and an established organization behind you.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with a couple of years of professional experience as a refrigeration technician in transport cooling. You hold a Category I refrigeration certificate and feel confident in your technical skills and in handling various types of service and repair work.
This role suits you if you enjoy working at customer sites, taking responsibility for your assignments, and meeting different people every day. As a person, you are solution-oriented, responsible, and service-minded. You easily build good relationships and value delivering well-executed work and professional service.
Requirements for the position:
• A couple of years of professional experience as a refrigeration technician in transport cooling
• Category I refrigeration certificate
• Class B driver's license
• Good Swedish language skills, spoken and written
