Every day we create the conditions for the individuals in our operations, based on their unique abilities, to live life to the fullest. Take the chance to be part of our journey! Operations at Mo Gård are characterized by open dialogue and collaboration with all necessary functions readily available, and we stand for close leadership and participation in decisions made. You can read more about our operations on our website: Mo Gård - Kunskapsföretaget som gör skillnad! (mogard.se) About the Residence Bolmörtsgränd in Ystad is centrally located and is a children's and youth residential facility under LSS § 9:8. The residence has five places and is aimed at children and young people aged 13-18 years who, for various reasons, need a residence outside their parental home. Young people also have the opportunity to remain in the facility after turning 18 to complete ongoing schooling in the area. The residence has specific expertise in the area of communication and is aimed at children and young people with combined functional disabilities. The residences have a home-like environment and operations are conducted year-round with the aim of being a safe complement to the parental home. What Does a Night Look Like? As a re-/rehabilitation assistant at Mo Gård LSS, your main task is to support the individual during the evening and night, with work hours from 21:00-08:00, and weekend work is also part of the role. You will also assist with daily tasks such as intimate hygiene, corrections or repositioning, medication when needed, documentation, and cleaning. We communicate using sign language, which we offer in-house training in. When you work with us, you will undergo multiple trainings to ensure communication. Of course, our night teams have recurring team meetings and are covered by the same training package as our day teams. About You As a person, you are considerate and value other people's well-being. You genuinely care about and want to understand other people's feelings and needs. You see possibilities in changes and find solutions when situations shift. You are relationship-building, create trust, and build good collaboration with both individuals and colleagues. We believe you are reliable, persistent, while also being secure in yourself and having good self-awareness. If you have experience working with people in care and health services and/or have knowledge about people with disabilities, that's great, though not a requirement. However, we do see that you have a high school diploma as a foundation. To succeed in the role, your interest in people and your commitment are very important. Perhaps you're a student and want practical experience while making a difference? Since you will be documenting your work, you also need to master the Swedish language well. Employment We offer a permanent position at 100 percent with monthly salary by agreement and based on individual salary setting. We apply a 6-month probationary period and start date is by agreement. Your work hours will be awake nights. A prerequisite for employment is that you can show an extract from the criminal record register and the suspicion register and that you have a driver's license for a manual car. As part of our recruitment process, we use problem-solving ability and personality tests. Before employment, we will conduct a citizenship check. You will need to present a passport, national ID card, or personal certificate. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must also provide proof of a valid work permit or that you are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit according to the Aliens Ordinance 6 chapter §13a. Selection takes place on an ongoing basis and may be filled before the final application deadline, so don't wait to submit your application. Final application date 2026-10-11 We warmly welcome your application!
