Job Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the production team - Oversee all production activities in the production hall - Plan and prepare production processes - Ensure compliance with work procedures and manufacturing processes according to technical documentation - Ensure quality of completed work and meet project deadlines - Communicate with team members and other company departments - Report to company management - Actively communicate with other professionals Requirements: - Secondary education with diploma (technical background preferred) - Technical and PC proficiency - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings - Knowledge of modular construction preferred - Previous experience as production supervisor or team leader - Organization, diligence, teamwork, independence, natural authority - Willingness and desire to learn We Offer: - Starting salary: up to 60,000,- + performance bonuses - Employment type: full-time (HPP) - Single-shift operation - Professional development through regular training - Interesting industry with great growth potential - Start date: immediately or by agreement
