Job Responsibilities: leading and coordinating a team of approximately 15 employees; organizing and planning production; monitoring fulfillment of production orders; overseeing production quality and adherence to technological procedures; coordinating heat treatment. What We Expect From You? Secondary education with a diploma in mechanical engineering. Experience in mechanical engineering production. Experience in managing people is a plus. Natural authority, decisiveness, and the ability to earn your team's respect. Understanding of technical drawings and technical thinking.
