Work location: SOLODOOR a.s., Nádražní 166, Sušice, Nádražní č.p. 166, Sušice II Manages shift operations, leads and evaluates employees, ensures efficient use of working hours and production equipment, oversees production according to production plans, ensures product quality, and prepares documentation for payroll processing. Requirements: minimum secondary education in woodworking, furniture making, or mechanical engineering; experience in a production facility and leading people; strong technical aptitude; ability to read technical drawings; advanced knowledge of PC (MS Office); stress resilience. Start date available immediately.
