Job Responsibilities: • Assembly of components and distribution throughout the workshop • Support for the production manager and work allocation to employees • Preparation of templates and fixtures for production • Operation of forklifts – certification not required (training available upon hire) • Reading technical documentation • Part-time computer work Requirements: • Technical thinking and ability to navigate technical drawings • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Organizational skills and responsible approach • Physical fitness – advantageous (work is partially physical) • Experience in manufacturing is welcome but not required We Offer: • Diverse work in custom job shop production – no monotony • Opportunity for professional growth and skill development in the field • Support from a stable, purely Czech company • Friendly team and human approach • Fair and honest treatment • Single-shift operation • Shortened working hours: 7.5 hours
