Job Duties: - Coordinates the production team and actively participates as a team member in meeting the production plan - Ensures timely production in accordance with customer deadlines and required quality standards - Monitors compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, including mandatory personal protective equipment - Escalates to the Supervisor in case of risk of failing to meet planned performance in required quality - Leads and organizes workers on production lines with the goal of achieving set efficiency targets We Offer: - Indefinite employment contract - Annual bonus 30,000 Kč - 25 days of vacation, paid time off beyond legal requirements - Performance bonus 2,000 Kč/month - Subsidized company cafeteria meals on site - Pension contribution 1,000 Kč/month - Monthly eBenefit 500 Kč for leisure activities - Referral bonus Method of Initial Contact with Employer: By email or phone (Mon-Fri, 8:00-15:00)
