Job duties: Leading a sewing workshop (supervisor role) - primarily involved in the production of luxury women's clothing and similar items according to design specifications, with complete assembly from quality materials for international customers. Diverse product range, varied work, air-conditioned environment. Requirements: Knowledge of manufacturing procedures, ability to make independent decisions, capability to lead a team (approximately 25 seamstresses in your department), training and managing workers, oversight of compliance with standards and manufacturing procedures, communication skills and attention to detail.
