Production Supervisor / Assistant Production Manager (m/f)

Do you have experience in a manufacturing environment, can you lead and motivate a team, and are you not afraid to be part of the daily production operations? We are looking for a colleague who will be an active part of the production team, support the production manager, and take responsibility for running operations during their absence. Your responsibilities will include: • active work directly in production and support of the production team • work organization and coordination of a team of up to 20 employees • covering for the production manager during their vacation or absence • onboarding new employees and supporting professional development of current staff • oversight of compliance with production procedures, quality requirements, and workplace safety rules • operational problem-solving during production • working with production documentation and entering data into information systems (e.g., SAP) Knowledge and experience required: • secondary education with a completed school-leaving exam • experience in a manufacturing environment • experience leading a small team or coordinating employees • good computer skills • communicative knowledge of German or English • independence, responsibility, and natural authority • willingness to be part of a team and actively participate in regular production activities What we offer: • salary from 45,000 Kč • meal allowance up to 130 Kč per working day, fully covered by the employer • 5 weeks of vacation • summer and Christmas bonuses • quarterly performance bonuses • pension insurance contribution up to 2,500 Kč per month Interested?
