Team leadership (organizing work for welders, locksmiths, and assembly workers, quality oversight through blueprint inspection), planning (capacity allocation for smooth production flow in line with deadlines), motivation (team support, resolution of operational matters), experience in mechanical engineering, knowledge of blueprint reading required, experience in people management (ability to communicate effectively and maintain discipline - natural authority), interest in mechanical engineering, responsibility for safety and final product quality, ability to troubleshoot technical issues, stable work in the production of high-quality agricultural machinery, motivating compensation (bonuses for meeting targets), facilities, monthly/quarterly bonuses, shift 6:00 - 14:30, meal allowance, favorable mobile plan including for family members, 25 days of vacation, company events, bonus for years of service, submit CV and motivation letter via email
