Job Responsibilities Leading, organizing, and coordinating work in the welding and grinding departments Managing, motivating, and supporting a team of welders, grinders, and polishers Planning and distributing work according to production schedules Ensuring smooth operation of the welding and grinding departments and meeting production deadlines Quality control of welded and polished products and compliance with technological procedures Oversight of efficient material and production capacity utilization Monitoring adherence to safety regulations, workplace order, and internal policies Collaboration with technologists, design, quality control, and other production departments Resolving operational issues and proposing improvements to production processes Training new employees and supporting their professional development Required Qualifications Experience with welding (MIG/MAG, TIG), grinding, and polishing (preferred) Experience in a similar supervisory position at a manufacturing company (preferred) Familiarity with technical drawings and technical documentation Organizational skills and ability to plan work effectively Natural authority, independence, and a responsible approach Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team of employees Basic proficiency with computer use Technical mindset and proactive approach to resolving operational situations Contact: In person, by email, or by phone
