• Operational management of welding shop production • Task allocation to individual employees or teams • Coordination of individual operations • Cooperation with other production departments • Increasing production efficiency • Designating responsible employees for completing individual operations • Collaboration in preparing components for order execution • Control of correctness of work procedures and related documentation • Timely information transfer to other departments for smooth production flow (OTK, NDT, cooperation) • Secondary education with technical diploma / without diploma but with 8 years of experience in the field • 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, orientation in technical documentation • Driver's license category B • PC skills (user level) • Technical thinking, flexibility, independence, proactive approach • Knowledge and ability to navigate material and other technical standards • Experience in a similar position We offer: • Interesting work in a stable company • Work in a professionally mature team and modern work environment • Personal and professional development • 5 weeks of vacation • Meal allowance • Transportation allowance to workplace Apply by email [email protected] or by phone 554 689 019, 702 002 274 (9-14 hours) or in person.
