Skills: Knowledge of technical documentation reading and PC work (MS Office, enterprise systems). Personal qualities: Natural authority, decisiveness, organizational skills, and stress resilience. Operational work scheduling, oversight of production plan and standard fulfillment. Close communication with technology, logistics, and quality control.
