- Plan and organize production to ensure everything runs smoothly—on time, with quality, and within manufacturing capacity constraints - Participate in planning and selecting new team members - Lead and motivate your team—you'll manage approximately 23 employees - Improve processes—find ways to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and move production toward Lean principles - Report to company management—regularly evaluate plan fulfillment, KPIs, and suggest improvements 25 days of vacation, meals in the company cafeteria, retirement contribution Contact: by email
