PROFI PLECH MORAVIA is looking for a reliable and experienced colleague for the position of Assembly Supervisor. Your responsibilities will include: Organization and management of the assembly team (approximately 10 assemblers). Coordination of mechanical assembly work according to technical drawings. Optimization of production processes and ensuring efficiency in assembly operations. Quality control of work and adherence to technological procedures and deadlines. Collaboration with other departments (technology, quality, maintenance, logistics). What we expect from you: Secondary education in a technical field. At least 3 years of experience in the field. Technical knowledge, ability to read technical drawings, and experience with measuring instruments. Basic computer skills. Class B driver's license.
