Requirements: - Secondary education (technical field) - Experience in woodworking production, woodworking industry - Knowledge of technical documentation - MS Office proficiency - Experience managing a team (approximately 5-20 people) - Independent thinking and decision-making - Ability to organize work, responsible approach - Class B driver's license (forklift certification a plus). Job Responsibilities: - Oversee production processes and employees - Monitor quality and work safety - Organize and ensure technical support for shifts - Lead production processes - Create reports - Production documentation and administrative tasks.
