First Contact: Michal Koubek, phone: 778 765 528 e-mail: [email protected] Job Responsibilities: Responsibility for smooth operation of production on the production floor Organization and management of shift workers (supervisors, operators, material handlers) Ensuring fulfillment of the production plan in cooperation with production planning Monitoring order, cleanliness, and safety at the workplace Overseeing compliance with work procedures, occupational health and safety, and fire safety regulations Training of new employees Attendance records, overtime tracking, and bonus recommendations Monitoring production progress and recording results in the system Cooperation with the quality department on product inspections Communication with other departments and support for process improvement. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a management position at a manufacturing company (preferred) User proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Organizational skills, diligence, sense of system and order Stress resilience, ability to lead a team and motivate colleagues Knowledge of the SAP system (preferred).
