First Contact: Michal Koubek, phone: 778 765 528 e-mail: [email protected] Job Responsibilities: Responsibility for smooth operation of production in the stamping department Organization and management of shift workers (supervisors, operators, material handlers) Ensuring fulfillment of production plans in cooperation with production planning Monitoring order, cleanliness, and safety at the workplace Oversight of adherence to work procedures, occupational health and safety, and fire safety regulations Training of new employees Tracking attendance, overtime, and performance bonus recommendations Monitoring production progress and recording results in the system Collaboration with the quality department during product inspections Communication with other departments and support for process improvements. We Require: Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership position at a manufacturing company (preferred) User-level proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Organizational skills, attention to detail, sense of system and order Stress resilience, ability to lead a team, and skills to motivate colleagues Knowledge of SAP system (preferred).
