Your responsibilities will include: Managing, organizing, and coordinating activities in the lacquer shop. Planning lacquer application processes and monitoring their efficiency. Quality control of products and oversight of procedure compliance. Collaboration with other departments. Leading, motivating, and evaluating the lacquer shop team. Resolving technical issues and ensuring smooth production operations. Preparing and maintaining relevant production documentation. What we expect from you: High school education in a technical field. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field. Knowledge of lacquer technologies and materials. Technical knowledge and ability to read technical drawings. Basic user proficiency with PC applications (Word, Excel). Intermediate English language skills (B1 level). Valid driver's license category B.
