REQUIREMENTS: Secondary education in mechanical engineering, experience managing machinery production (job shop/batch production), proficiency with technical documentation, knowledge of welding processes, basic computer skills JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise workers in the welding department (approximately 20 people - fitters, welders), assign tasks according to project deadlines, monitor technological procedures and inspect weld quality EMPLOYEE BENEFITS: 5 weeks vacation, meal allowance, morning shift only
