Workshop Master – Auto Service We require: training in auto mechanics or a related technical field, or practical experience in a similar position experience in team leadership or work coordination in a workshop is an advantage driver's license category "B" reliability, organizational skills, responsibility and independence health fitness and clean criminal record (criminal register extract) Job responsibilities: organizing and managing the work of mechanics in the auto service planning, delegating and monitoring tasks in the workshop oversight of repair quality and compliance with technical procedures communication with customers and order intake in cooperation with the service manager diagnosis of complex faults and technical support for mechanics responsibility for compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and workplace order cooperation with the auto parts warehouse and monitoring material availability We offer: fixed-term employment with the possibility of extension placement in salary grade 9 according to Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll., as amended + personal bonus pension savings contribution, children's camp subsidies, meal allowance 5 days of indisposition leave, 5 weeks of regular vacation
