Environmental Worker Needed at Ragn-Sells!

We are now hiring an environmental worker for Ragn-Sells in Uppsala. You enjoy physical work and working outdoors. You have a forklift license and thrive with responsibility and teamwork! SC transport has nearly 20 years of experience in the transportation industry and currently collaborates with some of Sweden's largest transport companies. We specialize in staffing and recruiting professional drivers and operate in over 206 locations across Sweden. For the Ragn-Sells facility, we are now seeking an environmental worker who will work closely with colleagues to receive incoming goods, including both non-hazardous and hazardous waste. The waste is unloaded and loaded using a forklift. As an environmental worker, you will receive the material and sort it manually—this may include electronics, confidential materials, etc. In addition to these tasks, you are also responsible for facility maintenance such as grass cutting, snow removal, picking up litter, and responding to needs within the Ragn-Sells area. You will work at the facility in Uppsala with daytime working hours, Monday through Friday. As an environmental worker, you have considerable freedom within your scope, independent planning, and many opportunities to influence your own development. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR To be suitable for this position, you need: High school diploma, forklift license (A-B) and driver's license (B-class). It is highly advantageous if you have certification or experience operating a wheel loader and also have C-class driving privileges. ADR is also desirable but can be obtained on-site. As a person, you appreciate practical and physical work and have an interest in learning new things. You are not afraid of challenges and are not hesitant to ask for help when needed. You have no problem switching between different tasks as required and strive for good collaboration with your colleagues. Since you will receive many deliveries, it is important that you are service-oriented and communicative. You also have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
