About the Role
As Environment and Sustainability Coordinator, you will be a central figure in our environmental work and part of a team of six employees reporting to the Unit Manager for the Environment Department. You will be responsible for regulatory contacts, permit matters and reporting, while driving sustainability efforts forward across the entire organization. You work closely with colleagues in operations, finance and environment and provide important support to management and the board on strategic sustainability issues.
The role includes:
· Manage contacts with regulatory authorities and handle permit and notification matters.
· Ensure compliance with environmental permits, laws and regulations.
· Coordinate and drive sustainability reporting work.
· Develop environmental reports, climate reports and other regulatory reports.
· Participate in and lead projects related to environment and sustainability.
· Prepare procurement documentation.
· Follow up and develop our management system together with the quality controller.
· Contribute to internal competency development in sustainability and participate in external networks.
Requirements for Success in This Role

We are looking for someone with:
· Relevant university education in environmental science, environmental engineering or similar.
· Experience with environmental work.
· Strong ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written.
· B-class driver's license.
