Your next challenge At Nexer in Jönköping, we continue to strengthen our Microsoft 365 offering. We are now looking for an experienced consultant who wants to combine project management, advisory services, and change management to help our customers develop their digital workplaces. Our customers are in both the public and private sectors and are undergoing transformation journeys where collaboration, information management, and modern ways of working are becoming increasingly important. As a consultant, you become a strategic partner who helps the organization transform needs into solutions that create real value. You lead projects and initiatives related to Microsoft 365 while serving as an advisor to both the business and IT. You become an important link between business, IT organization, and technical specialists, helping the customer translate needs into solutions that work both technically and operationally. Example assignments You may work with: Leading projects related to implementation, migration, or further development of Microsoft 365 Conducting workshops and facilitating dialogues with business stakeholders and key users Driving change management and user adoption Providing advisory services on solutions within Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Supporting customers in developing working methods and utilizing Microsoft 365 in the best way Coordinating work between business, technical specialists, and delivery teams Contributing to feasibility studies, roadmap work, and strategic initiatives within Microsoft 365 We believe that you Thrive in the space between business and technology. You enjoy creating structure, building trust, and helping customers succeed with their digital transformation journeys. We also believe that you have: At least five years of experience in project management in IT environments Experience with Microsoft 365, such as implementation, migration, or further development of the platform Experience managing projects from feasibility study through implementation Experience working closely with business stakeholders and facilitating workshops, dialogues, and change work Experience providing advisory services to both business and IT We would like to see that you have experience with established project methodologies such as PPS, PRINCE2, Scrum, or similar. If you additionally have experience from the public sector, that is a merit. The role requires that you can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. This is an important prerequisite for success in customer dialogues and collaboration with the team.
