JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Do you want to develop the future way of working within functional support? We are looking for someone who wants to make a real difference for both employees and service users. As a methods developer, you will have a central role in developing and quality assuring the organization's working methods. You work closely with the operations and contribute to translating goals and development initiatives into concrete and sustainable methods in everyday practice. In your role, you are an important support to both unit managers and employees, while also helping to build a learning organization where service users' rights, participation, and self-determination are in focus. The work involves identifying and analyzing development needs, driving and following up quality and development initiatives, and ensuring that working methods and procedures maintain high quality and are anchored in applicable legislation and governing documents. You coach and train employees in methodological matters and support managers in their method and quality work. You lead and coordinate support pedagogue networks and collaborate with operations developers to ensure that development initiatives have real impact in the organization. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone driven by development and who wants to contribute to strengthening and quality assuring the organization. To thrive and succeed in this role, you have relevant higher education with a pedagogical or social focus or other education that the employer deems relevant. You have experience from Functional Support and documented experience in coaching, training, and implementing new working methods in work groups. You feel comfortable working within LSS. If you also have previous experience from similar assignments, we see that as an advantage. You have a good understanding of change and development processes and are accustomed to working both analytically and strategically. At the same time, you have the ability to translate ideas and theory into practical working methods that function in everyday practice. As a person, you are structured and self-driven, with the ability to move processes forward. You enjoy collaborating with others, are responsive in your communication, and thrive in a role where you get to support and guide colleagues.
