We are looking for an enthusiastic professional who has the desire to share knowledge and experience, promoting the development of energy industry professionals throughout Latvia! We will entrust you to plan, organize, and coordinate the training process in accordance with the goals set by the Energy Competence and Innovation Center's Training and Services Division and best practices in adult professional education; update existing training programs and develop new ones; develop training materials, including utilizing e-learning opportunities; conduct classes in the training programs offered by the Energy Competence and Innovation Center's Training and Services Division. Apply if you have at least a first-level higher education in energy or occupational safety (or you are a final-year student); good digital skills, including working with learning management solutions (the company uses Moodle), videoconferencing platforms, or the ability and motivation to master them at a good user level; good communication skills (written/verbal) and presentation abilities; a flexible approach to problem-solving; state language proficiency at an advanced level (C1); English language knowledge – ability to communicate on topics related to professional duties and understand related texts; Category B driver's license; experience in the installation and operation of electrical installations (desirable; can additionally be acquired during the work process); knowledge of applicable regulatory acts governing work on electrical installations or occupational safety (desirable; can additionally be acquired during the work process); C electrical safety group (desirable); knowledge of adult learning methods (desirable).
