In 2027, we will move into the newly built Lillsidanskolan, a modern and purpose-built school that will give us even better opportunities to meet students' needs and create stimulating learning environments. The school is led by a principal and two assistant principals together with team leaders from four work teams, F-3, 4-6, 7-9, and after-school program. You plan, implement, and follow up on teaching in accordance with the curriculum and other governing documents, with clear anchoring in chapters 1 and 2 of the curriculum. Teaching is designed to be differentiated, accessible, and inclusive, based on students' different prerequisites and needs. You are part of a work team and collaborate closely with your colleagues on planning, implementation, assessment, and follow-up of teaching. Co-assessment is an important part of collegial learning and contributes to equity and high quality in teaching. At Enöglaskolan, all subjects are taught with language development in mind, which also characterizes teaching in physical education and health. The assignment includes assessing and documenting students' knowledge development in InfoMentor and maintaining close and professional collaboration with guardians and, when necessary, other relevant parties, always with the student's development and well-being in focus. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a licensed middle school teacher with as broad subject qualifications as possible. You have a clear focus on the goals in the governing documents and your work is based on analysis of teaching and results. You use assessment and follow-up as tools to develop teaching and strengthen each student's learning. You have good didactic competence and a deep understanding of how students learn in different ways. You plan and implement teaching that is differentiated, accessible, and inclusive, and continuously ask yourself how your teaching choices benefit the student's development, safety, and goal achievement. You thrive in close collegial collaboration and see co-assessment as a natural part of the work to create equity and quality. At the same time, you are resourceful and take responsibility for driving activities and processes that strengthen the school's health and movement work. You have a persistent and solution-focused approach, complete assignments, and work purposefully even when the path requires testing, adaptation, and creative thinking. You are not afraid to challenge traditional ways of working and see development work as an ongoing process where learning occurs along the way. You have good ability to build trusting relationships with students and guardians and value close and professional collaboration regarding the student's development and well-being.
