About the Position
Ikett is now seeking a driven and engaged mechanic specializing in heavy vehicles/machinery for our client in Trelleborg!

We're looking for a mechanic for a varied and developmental position where you'll combine workshop work with on-site work at our clients. You'll work broadly – everything from servicing and repairing tools and pumps to excavators and other heavy vehicles.
It's practical and physical work where you get your hands dirty, work in all weather – but also a job where you truly see the results of what you do and get to challenge your problem-solving skills in the field.
Working hours are daytime.
Start immediately or by agreement.
Your Profile
For this role, we're looking for someone who:
- Has a strong interest in machinery, vehicles, and technology
- Enjoys solving problems and thinking independently – you find your own solutions
- Feels comfortable working in the field, regardless of weather
- Has experience with mechanics, hydraulics, and/or electrical work (advantageous)
- Training or previous experience with heavy machinery and vehicles, either private or professional.
You don't need to know everything from the start – what matters most is your curiosity, drive, and willingness to develop!
As a person, we want you to be responsible, goal-oriented, flexible, positive, organized, and have good teamwork skills since the work takes place at our clients' sites.
