As a mechanic at Nordic Paper, you have a varied day where the main tasks are to work with ongoing maintenance of our machinery and plant equipment. You become part of our mechanics department, which consists of eight people and works closely with the operations organization. Together we work to keep our equipment in good condition and create stable and safe production. We work with, among other things: Preventing faults and disruptions through preventive maintenance Troubleshooting and fixing problems that arise Improving and developing existing equipment Eliminating faults and deficiencies in our facilities Working closely with operations and other functions to find good and long-term solutions On-call duty is included once you're settled in the role. Who are we looking for? We're looking for someone who is technically interested and enjoys solving problems. You like to work practically and see opportunities for improvement when you encounter faults or deficiencies. You can work independently but also thrive as part of a team. You have: High school education in technology or another area we consider relevant for the position Good Swedish language skills. About the employment The position is full-time, permanent with a probationary period. Location is Åmotfors. Start date by agreement.
