Medlearn Seeking Hourly Educational Support Staff for Healthcare Education

Are you passionate about helping others through educational support? Then this might be the position for you! Medlearn is seeking hourly educational support staff for our healthcare education programs in Göteborg. You will work with students in healthcare and care programs and provide support based on their individual needs and study plans. As educational support, you will guide and assist students in their studies. This can include language support, study support, study techniques, and helping them find strategies to plan and carry out their studies. You will encourage students to participate, stay motivated, and engage in their education. Work takes place on-site at our school in Göteborg. You may also visit students at their work placement locations. In your role, you will collaborate with vocational instructors and other staff to provide students with the best possible conditions to complete their education. Teaching is conducted in small groups or individually, which provides good opportunities to work flexibly and adapt to individual needs. We use digital tools and a modern learning platform, so it is important that you are comfortable with digital work methods. Your Profile Minimum 60 university credits in pedagogy At least one year of full-time professional experience in educational activities Good computer skills and experience with digital tools Experience in adult education is a merit Experience teaching or providing support in Swedish is a merit You are flexible, creative, responsible, and well-organized You enjoy collaborating and building good relationships with students, colleagues, and clients You have a genuine interest in student learning and educational support Employment Type We are looking for someone willing to work hourly as needed. Working hours may vary based on the organization's needs and by agreement.
