Vocational University within the Iris Group (Iris Hadar and Medlearn) offers programs that lead to employment and are developed in close collaboration with the business community. We are growing and are therefore seeking another committed vocational university coordinator who wants to play a key role in our operations. With us, you will work in a development-oriented environment where quality, collaboration, and student success are in focus. You will have a central role with many contact points and the opportunity to influence our operations. About the Role As a vocational university coordinator, you are responsible for admissions, administration, and coordination throughout the entire educational process, from application to graduation. You work closely with students, program managers, and instructors to create a well-functioning educational operation. The workplace is hybrid, initially at one of our schools with the possibility of working from home. Responsibilities Administer admissions, assess applications and qualifications, and make decisions based on admission criteria for the specific program and Vocational University in general Follow up on the admissions process, from application to admission decision and course start Other administrative tasks such as CSN, student matters, and documentation Provide support to students, instructors, and program managers Contribute to quality assurance and follow-up according to the Vocational University authority's requirements for our programs Participate in information and marketing initiatives We Are Looking for Someone Who Is organized, thorough, and service-oriented Has documented strong administrative skills and enjoys many contact points Is proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative Thrives in a business that develops and changes Has a strong ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish, and sometimes also in English Has a pleasant and positive personality and contributes to a pleasant and open work environment Has documented experience in administration within adult education Meritorious Qualifications Education as a study and career counselor Experience from vocational university or other adult education Experience with student administration, admissions, or educational coordination Good proficiency with digital tools, such as educational documentation systems, Office packages, and Teams We Offer An important role in a growing vocational university operation with varied tasks and great opportunity to influence Dedicated and positive colleagues and a good collaborative climate The opportunity to contribute to future competency development About the Position Permanent employment starting by agreement.
