We are looking for a Medical Responsible Registered Nurse (MAS) Are you a confident and driven registered nurse who is passionate about quality and patient safety? As a Medical Responsible Registered Nurse (MAS), you have the overall statutory responsibility for ensuring that healthcare in the municipality is conducted safely and maintains high quality. You have an independent, advisory and controlling function in relation to the municipality's operations. 1 position(s). WORK TASKS Your assignment You will, among other things: Quality assure and develop – develop, implement and follow up local medical guidelines and procedures, and contribute to systematic patient safety and quality work. Follow up and control – carry out follow-ups and inspections to ensure that laws, regulations and local procedures are complied with. Investigate and prevent – follow up and analyze deviations, initiate incident analyses and be responsible for the Lex Maria process when applicable. Provide expert support – support managers and staff in medical matters and patient safety issues, and be responsible for MAS-related delegation issues. You work closely with the Medical Responsible for Rehabilitation (MAR) and together you contribute to coherent and safe healthcare. QUALIFICATIONS Who are you? You have a holistic perspective and understand the interaction between HSL, SoL and LSS. Qualifications Registered nurse with several years of professional experience. At least five years of experience in municipal healthcare or other relevant healthcare operations. Very good knowledge of relevant legislation, such as HSL, the Patient Safety Act, the Patient Data Act, LSS and SoL, as well as the ability to see how the regulations interact. Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish. Ability to work independently and drive matters from analysis to implementation and follow-up.
