The clinic has broad expertise and the work is conducted from several different approaches. We have a warm atmosphere in our team, we apply mentorship and you will feel welcome. The unit has approximately 24 employees including the administrative team, which consists of three medical secretaries who all work full-time. We regularly receive students/interns from various educational institutions as well as medical residents and psychology interns. We have well-developed collaboration with care partners, and guiding stars in our work include ongoing development activities, innovativeness, respectful attitudes and not least humor. We have a well-developed structure and clarity regarding local guidelines and procedures, which facilitates daily treatment work with patients and their families. We regularly participate in various research projects. Job Responsibilities We are now looking for a medical secretary who works with administrative tasks concerning both patients and staff as well as receiving patients through phone contact, Alltid Öppet and at reception. We use the Take Care medical records system. Qualifications Medical secretary training and competence in Take Care is a requirement. You must have experience working with healthcare administration. It is advantageous if you have worked in systems such as Heroma, Raindance and Pastill. BUP Stockholm offers specialized psychiatric care for children and young people aged 0 to 17 years within Stockholm County. For patient-facing work within Stockholm County Healthcare Area: - background checks are applied before employment decision according to SLSO's general guidelines for background checks at hiring. - employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new employee health examination according to current directives, which is done through occupational health before employment. - in addition to Swedish professional license, good knowledge of the Swedish language is required corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).
