Welcome to the Rehabilitation Medicine clinic at Sunderby Hospital! With us, you'll have a varied job working alongside pleasant colleagues with extensive experience and deep knowledge in the field.
What we're looking for
We're primarily seeking someone who is trained as a medical secretary. Alternatively, you have at least upper secondary education in administration, economics, or healthcare, along with good computer skills, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. Those currently training to become a medical secretary are also welcome to apply. You have good knowledge of Swedish and express yourself well in both speech and writing. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. You are self-directed, organized, and service-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
What you'll be doing
At the clinic, you'll have overall responsibility for daily administrative tasks. The work is stimulating and varied, including medical documentation in the Cosmic medical records system, diagnosis coding, mail handling, administrative support to colleagues, registration in quality registers, invoice management, and other administrative duties. You pick up new work methods and instructions easily and have a good ability to learn new systems. You have a genuine interest in digitalization and strong knowledge in this area. You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. We work together across departmental boundaries to reduce vulnerability and create a flexible operation, with administrators placed in different units.
