Working with us
At IKEA Stockholm Kungens Kurva, it's full speed from early morning. We have approximately 200 associates in Customer Fulfilment who operate forklifts, handle deliveries, unpack goods, pick orders, and deliver customer orders.
Our responsibility is to ensure stocking of the Self-Service Warehouse and Market Hall, as well as contribute to a commercial and well-stocked store. We also play an important role in picking and handling customers' online orders so they are delivered correctly and on time. Regardless of task, you approach the work with the same joy, energy, and clear goals – to safely, efficiently, and customer-focused contribute to IKEA's overall sales and create a fantastic customer experience, both in the store and online.
With us, there is also the opportunity to develop further within Customer Fulfilment. Once you've settled into the role and built a good understanding of our work methods and processes, there is the opportunity to take the next step toward an Operations Leader role, where you develop your leadership and take greater responsibility in daily operations.
About this work area
The positions we are recruiting for are:
• 8 hours/week (approximately 20%) permanent position
• 32 hours/week (approximately 80%) permanent position
• 38.25 hours/week (100%) permanent position
These positions begin with a 6-month trial period, unless already employed at IKEA. Start date in autumn, by agreement.
The 20% positions are scheduled every other weekend. Shifts are scheduled either daytime only with start at 05:00 and latest end time 14:00. Or with both daytime and evening with earliest start 07:00 and latest end time 20:00.
We offer salary according to collective agreement, and in addition to your base salary, you receive shift premiums. If you work, for example, on Saturdays after 12:00, all day Sundays, and public holidays, you receive 100% shift premium compensation.
Work shifts for the 80% positions are scheduled with work on weekdays and every other weekend. Either you work daytime only with start already at 05:00 in the morning and latest end time 14:00. Alternatively, you work both daytime and evening with earliest start time 07:00 and latest end time 21:00.
Work shifts for the 100% positions are scheduled with work on weekdays and every third weekend. Either you work daytime only with start already at 05:00 in the morning and latest end time 14:00. Alternatively, you work both daytime and evening with earliest start time 07:00 and latest end time 21:00.
