We are now seeking a new team member for our location in Västerås. The position includes residential cleaning for private individuals, office and commercial cleaning, as well as planning and maintenance for our clients. There is also an opportunity to partially work with other responsibilities within the company. We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently and has an eye for customer service and details, is flexible, takes own initiative, and is thorough. We have strong team cohesion and collaborate well with each other. The position is initially an hourly employment that transitions to a monthly employment once the customer base is built up. The employment level will then be 75-100%. You need to be flexible, thorough, and able to take own initiative. The position involves personal responsibility for customer contact, something that is appreciated by both customers and employees. A driver's license and own car are an advantage. Start date by mutual agreement.
