Your responsibilities: • Manufacturing/repair of mechanical and electromechanical parts and assemblies • Assembly, adjustment, testing, and commissioning of mechanical, electromechanical, and optomechanical assemblies and equipment • Use of various assembly and disassembly technologies (e.g., bonding, cleaning of optical elements) • Creation of documentation (assembly, adjustment, testing, commissioning) • Support for other specialist departments (service, sales) • Error analysis and resolution of discrepancies during the assembly process • Collaboration on continuous improvement of assembly processes and work procedures Required knowledge and competencies: • Completed technical vocational or secondary education (SOU/SŠ), ideally in mechatronics, electromechanics, electronics, electrical equipment mechanics, etc. • Professional experience in the field is an advantage • Technical thinking and ability to work with technical documentation and drawings • Good PC skills (MS Office) • Flexibility, initiative, and independence; ability to work in a team • Willingness to occasionally travel on business to Germany • Basic knowledge of German or English is an advantage • Experience with handling and working with optical elements is welcome We offer: We are happy to offer you: • Stable employment in an international engineering company – new production hall in 2026 and further production expansion • Work on new projects, opportunity for growth and development, possibility to travel to Germany • Friendly team of colleagues and reliable, fair management • Workplace in Proboštov • 5 weeks of vacation • Lunch subsidy up to 2,800 Kč per month paid directly into salary • Pension savings contribution 600 Kč per month • Summer and winter bonus according to company results • Start date by agreement • Salary from 35,000 depending on experience and practice
