What awaits you in this position? Participate in the production of solid oak and ash flooring at our facility in Uničov. Work on a 2-shift operation Monday through Friday: morning shift 5:45 - 14:00, afternoon shift 14:00 - 22:15 The role involves tool changes and machine setup. Inspection of tools according to daily production needs. Machine adjustment following tool changes. Documentation of exchanged tools. Collaboration with colleagues and supervisors. Who is this position suitable for? Willingness to work, independence, and attention to detail are essential. Technical knowledge. Experience as a toolmaker or setup technician is a plus.
