Reception Technician – Car Service Requirements: At least secondary education with a certificate of apprenticeship (technical orientation preferred) experience with customer communication and administration preferred driving license category "B" reliability, pleasant demeanor, organizational skills and responsibility health fitness and criminal record clearance (criminal record extract) Job Responsibilities: receiving vehicles for repair and communicating with customers assessing faults, consulting on necessary repairs and preparing price quotes maintaining job documentation and entering data into the internal system coordinating repair progress with the workshop and monitoring deadlines handing over vehicles to customers, explaining performed work and recommending further maintenance cooperation with the service manager and spare parts warehouse We Offer: fixed-term employment contract with possibility of extension placement in salary grade 9 according to Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll., as amended, plus individual performance bonus contribution to pension savings, contributions to children's camps, meal allowance 5 days of sick leave, 5 weeks of annual leave place of work: Prague
